This is an AIM matrix, developed by the International Best Practice Institute (IBPI), which can be used to navigate thorugh domains to find major standards and frameworks.
About the Aim matrix: The Amsterdam Information management Model (AIM or Amsterdam model) is used as a tool for positioning and inter-relating information management functions. Here it is used as a schematic for mapping best practices domains. AIM was developed at the University of Amsterdam. It can be applied to the areas of business-IT alignment and sourcing, and can be of use when considering IT governance. It offers a high level view of the entire scope of information management; its main application is in the analysis of organization and responsibilities.

Performance Appraisal

Performance reviews are an artefact of the 20th century. At the least they are misguided and ineffectual and at most, a form of bullying where the power relationship is exploited between a manager and his or her charges.

People are frustrated with the standard performance review. Yet most managers are locked into the belief that they need to conduct annual or bi–annual performance appraisals with their staff. Managers are tinkering at the edges of the appraisal system. They don’t know where to turn.

It is time to throw out the performance review!
